I made up my mind that I would only spend a certain dollar amount and I was not going to pay any special handling fees, delivery charges or other unexplainable charges. On the day I made my purchase, I went to Toyota of Cleveland only to get a cash price for the Camry I wanted. I had planned to visit three other dealerships and obtain the best cash price before making a purchase. However, I never left Toyota of Cleveland. I was very surprised that they didn't play games. They gave me their 'rock bottom' price and it was lower than I had anticipated paying. I was very pleased with the price they quoted me. My sales person was Greg Bain.
