I had planned on buying my new RAV4 from Atlanta where I thought I could get a better deal. I stopped by Toyota of Cleveland to test drive so I wouldn't have to drive in Atlanta traffic. He was the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever met, and was able to explain ever feature of the car in a way that was very easy to understand.I told Pete I would by buying in Atlanta because they could sell the car cheaper. He explained to me that it was just a sales gimmick to get me to drive down there. He gave me some numbers "just in case." I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED. MY TRIP TO ATLANTA WAS JUST LIKE PETE SAID IT WOULD BE. The dealer in Atlanta would sell the Rav4 to me cheaper, but after adding all the fees, the out the door price was about the same. To make matters worse, my Atlanta sales person was an idiot. He couldn't answer any of my questions about the car, or explain any of the features. Thanks to Pete, I knew more about the vehicle than he did. After wasting a full day and a half a tank of gas, I came back to Cleveland and Pete. The entire staff was very friendly, and MY salesperson was extremely honest and professional. If you are looking to buy are Toyota, go see Pete at Toyota of Cleveland. More

When I first enter the parking lot & pulled up to park my car, Jason Lawson meet me as soon as I got out of my car, I said to myself this is the kind of service you look far. The next day David took over & finished the sale, he was also friendly & showed me every thing that I need to know about the car. Gregg Bain was very helpful. He answered all my questions and took care of everything I asked. I feel like the truck was a great purchase. My initial experience was not ideal, but the customer service manager (Tom Trout) claimed responsibility and resolved the situation to my satisfaction. I must say I have never been so at ease going thru the car buying process. Roger knew every detail about the vehicles we looked at and I have NEVER had a salesman do such a through job explaining the opti car buying process. He even stayed late on a Saturday to make it happen. We had no intention of actually purchasing a vehicle this quickly when we went to 'just take a test drive' but Roger did his job and we felt no need to go anywhere else! Awesome Job Roger!!!
