Not only that, he ended up getting me a lot more for my trade than the other dealers. After the purchase, he even helped me set up all my connected services like WiFi hotspot and Sirius XM! Jeff was very good at finding out what we were looking for in the Toyoda truck line. Went the dealership didn’t have the desired vehicle, he located one, and in short order had it delivered to the dealers for in the Toyoda truck line. Thanks Toyota of Cool Springs! My check engine light on my 2003 Tundra came on recently. After taking it to your shop it turned out to be only the gas cap so I had it replaced and some other minor work per my 2003 Tundra came on recently. My Salesperson, Mr. Alan "Superman" Richardson made my buying experience @ Cool Springs Toyota so extremely good, I'm considering him my new 'Bud'. He was courteous, respectful and always conducted himself as the consummate Professional. He never pressured myself or my Wife who was present, but listened to what I was looking for, and was attentive enough to call me as soon as he found my truck. I am extremely pleased with buying a Certified 2018 Toyota Tacoma TRD 4x4 and Alan made all the difference in the world between buying from him and another Dealership I have been a prior 6 year customer of. I am switching Dealerships now not just because of the vehicle, which I LOVE, but because Mr. Richardson was that influential and likable throughout the process.
