I had an amazing experience 1st time buying experience at Toyota of Cool Springs. From the moment I called at 7:30am, Alan Richardson made me feel extremely comfortable without knowing him! His voice over the phone let me know that he was ready to work for me! The whole sale process was a breeze! My daughter was ecstatic about her car and I felt like a winner out of pocket! Stay Away! We have been searching for a quality used car for our teenager to learn to drive with. We found what we thought was a very good deal at Toyota of Coo We have been searching for a quality used car for our teenager to learn to drive with. We found what we thought was a very good deal at Toyota of Cool Springs. We haven't purchased used cars in the past so we did not know what warning signs to look for. We took it for a test drive, were told it had been through their extensive service checks and had no identifiable issues. When we opened the hood, it was spotless. For a 13 year old car, we thought it had just been well taken care of. Turns out, the tires had been turned inside out so as to not show the manufacture date as well as two major oil leaks that had been cleaned to hide. We took to our mechanic and the cost for the new tires and oil leaks were over $2k. We contacted the dealership and received no response. Our advice is to stay away from this dealer. More
