Sales and Title Department Excellent!! My husband and I had test driven a Highlander SE the weekend prior to visiting CoolSprings. When we were at the other dealership the salesman didn’t My husband and I had test driven a Highlander SE the weekend prior to visiting CoolSprings. When we were at the other dealership the salesman didn’t seem very interested in selling us a car. We had some follow up questions about the vehicle but after leaving messages and not getting a call back my husband started looking for the same vehicle at a different dealership. He contacted Fred at CoolSprings and asked some questions about a vehicle on the lot that was comparable to the one we had test driven and within minutes Fred had emailed my husband pictures and info about the car. My husband text messaged him another question which he answered immediately. He did not pressure my husband at all nor did he annoyingly call or text to see when we would be in. Saturday morning we got up and were headed to the other dealership, because the car there was closer to our wants, but when we got on the road I told my husband I didn’t have the warm fuzzies for the other dealership and asked him his impression of Fred. He said he felt confident in the communication he had with Fred so we headed to CoolSprings Toyota. Fred was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle we test drove. We sat down, came to an agreement on price with add ons and bought ourselves a Toyota :-). We had some hiccups with the add ons that we wanted and on Fred’s days off he was calling me back and texting me answers to questions and concerns I had. We had hiccups with transferring our tag (we bought out of our home state) and Fred helped us to the extent he could then found us Kelsey, who after numerous more hiccups was able to help us conclude our sale. The hiccups I mention had nothing to do with Fred or Kelsey. They stepped in and cleaned up someone else’s mess for which my husband and I are extremely grateful. I would recommend Fred as a salesman and, if and when we get a new Toyota, we would head to Tennessee to see Fred again. More
