Look elsewhere for your used vehicle! Had a very frustrating experience here and would advise you to purchase elsewhere. I got the full-court press pressure sale from Danny and put a depo Had a very frustrating experience here and would advise you to purchase elsewhere. I got the full-court press pressure sale from Danny and put a deposit on a vehicle, as i was waiting for my home to close escrow before I pulled the trigger. Danny assured me that with my deposit, they would take the vehicle off the lot and not have it listed for sale (it was a used vehicle and they only had 1 like it on the lot). Also, the printer "was broken" and they could not provide me a copy of the carfax report. Well, I had to ask and ask and ask, and when I finally did receive the carfax report, several days after I placed my deposit, it showed that the vehicle had been in 2 accidents and Danny tried to sell me on buying the vehicle anyway, insisting that the accidents must not have been major since the airbags didn't deploy. A few days later, they called me and told me that I needed to come down and buy the vehicle right away, since they had 2 other people interested in the vehicle, or so they said. Wait....I thought that since I gave a $500 deposit you were taking it off the lot like you said? Well, they kept pressuring me to come buy it, and after considering the 2 accidents they hadn't disclosed prior to taking our deposit, and their pressure tactics, we decided to cancel. Well, they told me that if I wanted my deposit back that I had to come into the dealership to get a refund. Seriously??? Well, i finally got them to agree to refund me with a phone call, and I was told to call and speak to Ray Anthony. After several calls and almost a week passing by, Ray never responded and I had to call and ask for a manager to get resolution. From my experience here, the people at this dealership are not reliable or to be trusted when purchasing any used vehicle, as they are clearly trying to trick people into doing things against their better judgement. Glad I didn't go through with the sale, and hope you will consider buying somewhere else, too. More
