The dealership has always been informative and helpful in the past, however this time was quite the opposite. Customer found the vehicle and did all of the research prior to requesting the sales representati the past, however this time was quite the opposite. Customer found the vehicle and did all of the research prior to requesting the sales representative hold/purchase the vehicle. Customer had several specific questions to which responses were either delayed or answered with vague information. The communication was not consistent through the process. As an example, there was no live or verbal follow up when an email error was provided regarding delivery as the date kept getting pushed back and then the vehicle disappeared from the delivery que response system. Customer service before, during and after was lackluster at best. More
Had brakes replaced and now there is a clanging noise, called and it will take a full week for them to look at it. If you broke it, you should find a way to get it looked at quickly.
