Bought an new Tacoma from Eric and was very happy everything. He was honest about having to order one since the inventory is low everywhere. The service was excellent 10 years ago and appeared to slide a little in the last 2 years but things seem to be turning around. Im just talking about the service side. I have not really tried the sales side since being offended 16 years ago. The videos of the maintenance are really helpful and appreciated. When I pick up the vehicle, I’m not waiting another 15 minutes for it to be driven up front. I do drop off the night before and rarely schedule it, they always get it done by 10 am which far exceeds my expectations. Shuttle drivers are really nice. Just met Steve this last time and he’s great. The people in the drop off garage are always friendlier than anyone else. The people in the service area office seem a little busy at times. Not as happy. More
