Great Service Promptly met by Cass when I arrived and we went over the planned strut replacement. He answered all our questions and made sure we were happy with our purchase. We felt the same way with the financing dept. She explained everything and answered all our questions. We’ve already use the service department and I can tell we are always going to get the best help there also! More

Pretty neat to see and the time it took was a ton better than all the times before. It was nice to see a card from the person who took the car in so I know who to go to and she was very friendly. everybody there even just walking around looking at other vehicles greeted me and asked how it was going or if there was anything they could help with. Something to look at on the phone side of the service when it said the appraisal was free for the vehicle actually have some one to help with cause I never got any numbers. I had someone call asking if we were trading and I told her we needed the number for the car and she would talk to her manager and never heard anything, The service on the vehicle was still good excellent. More

5000 mi service Warranty service is good, timely because there's usually no new money involved. Didnt feel the same with my out of warranty toyota. Service advisor listened to my complaints on the poopy infotainment on my Camry xse in for 5000 mi work. Really disappointed since my prior car, Rav 4 limited, had a MUCH better system. Had to rent a pretty plain Mazda which outshone my beloved Toyota on acceleration AND base infotainment. More
