This was my first car purchase and John Lillig was very helpful in describing the whole process to me. I was shocked how quickly it went. When we came back I found out the proof of employment I brought back wouldn't work and I would have to come back to get the car once I was able to obtain a paystub. Luckily, Larry Middleton was able to work something out so that I could still take my car home that day, phew! Overall everyone was extremely helpful and descriptive. I was really impressed by everyone's knowledge of my car and how they readily answered any questions I had. More

Really appreciate Steve Hennigan's service in leasing the car - friendly, no high pressure sales, answered our questions, and kept in contact with us. I'd go back to him in the future. The only down side to our experience is when we met with Jeff Morman, finance person. The first thing he did was show us a laminated handout about gap insurance, windshield coating protection and disability insurance with what our lease payment would be with these options. Suggestion - That information should be brought up at the time of negotiating purchase price in the same way Steve discussed with us about paint protection, etc. It caught us off guard because we had negotiated a monthly lease payment. At the finance stage of signing papers is not the time to discuss more options. My wife and I expressed that to Mark who did not acknowledge our concern. We did not select any of the options. The second thing that bothered us with Mark is when he pointed out that if we go over 12,000 miles in year, we will be charged .15 cents/mile. We told him this was the first time we were informed of this. Again, he did not acknowledge our concern. Bottom line is we felt like Mark could have cared less about our concerns. I was able to get in and finalize the paperwork very quickly after my online finance application was approved and drove off in my new Corolla just a few days after initially visiting the website. It was hard to reach the dealer due to their voice mail system. A survey that has requirements to be completed is a waste of time and money that the dealership pays for the information. system. This it the third Toyota we have purchased since 1970 and the first from Des Moines Toyota. It was probably the best experience I have ever had with a dealer. The papers were signed quickly with a minimum of fuss and then it was on to the new car orientation. That half hour was well spent and I drove out feeling as though I had at least some knowledge to my new Camry. Thanks, guys! More

Went to buy a used car in a specific price range. Saleman, "Bill" worked with me at great lengh to get within my price range, was very kind and very patient with me.
