Scott made this experience of buying a vehicle extremely simple. He kept in touch with me concerning other cars which came in and might fit my needs. I ended up buying a vehicle which I test drove the week before. Since bringing it home yesterday it is exactly what I needed and runs great on the highway. I am extremely happy with my purchase and the easy manner in which it was done. Also thank you to the gentleman who went over the car with me to ensure I knew how to operate everything. I will certainly recommend Toyota of Des Moines and Scott personnally to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I was referred to him by my son who had purchased a vehicle from him previously. More

We just purchased our third Toyota and will continue to purchase Toyota as long as we drive our vehicles. One of the many reasons that we come back time and again is due to the ease of working with William purchase Toyota as long as we drive our vehicles. One of the many reasons that we come back time and again is due to the ease of working with William. He is very honest, caring, personable and takes our needs into consideration when dealing on a vehicle. We appreciate that William is able to laugh with us and not just talk business all the time. We were given all the time we needed to discuss the particulars of the deal with absolutely no pressure placed on us to buy. Once we agreed to purchase our truck, William made sure that what he promised us during negotiations would be completed with the utmost care so that once we picked up our vehicle it was to our satisfaction. The customer service after you purchase your vehicle IS SERIOUSLY LACKING!! POOR COMMUNICATION AND UPPER MANAGEMENT LIKES TO HANG UP ON ITS CUSTOMERS!! The salesmen screws up and it gets taken out on the customer...very unprofessional, I just wanted my issue to be handled in a fair way, instead I was made to feel that it was my fault! On the top of this review form it says #1 Treat every single person who walks through our doors the same way as we want to be treated...REALLY??? and #2 Once someone has become our customer, he or she is our customer for life... NOT THIS CUSTOMER!! Our buying experience was so pleasant and this situation has ruined that, this dealership has left a very bad taste in my mouth...truly sick to my stomach...especially scince as the customer I did nothing wrong, but was still made to feel that way!! Dealer was very friendly and helpful till purchase. Then it seemed like I was wasting their time. Didn't get title to truck upon purchase and had to call back numerous times(5) to get someone to send it to it seemed like I was wasting their time.
