This new vehicle is used with only 2300 miles but very close to new. I only wished the new car free oil changes special that was offered came with this purchase but I understand that I purchased a used certified vehicle. I was satisfied, but it took more than 3.5hrs at the dealership to get the "best" price. This was a little unexpected, as we had been communicating via email prior to this. Not sure if this was a negotiation tactic, but I was under impressed with his emotionally driven response. I did appreciate their thorough knowledge of the car and its features. It solidfied the reasons why we were interested in the car in the first place. After the agreed price was established, the customer service was excellent. More

What i enjoyed most ablout the experience was we had a price point in mind and we were not shown cars out of that range. The finance manager in the used cars explained very well the fine points of financing to my daughter and her first car purchase. The showroom was clean and the car lot very organized. When we picked up the car it was a very nice touch having Joe show my wife all the instuments and how to use all the buttons on our 09 Corolla. Very good experience. More

Steve has worked with me several times AFTER the sale doing things that technically were not his resposibility.
