I went over to the dealership later in the day and Steve patiently showed me around a number of different options. I ultimately settled on something pretty different than what I originally came in looking for, but Steve was very helpful in guiding me through the process and helping me understand my options. And when it came time to finish the deal, Rob walked us through all the paperwork and helped us choose the best options (that might not have been the default or the intuitive choice). Finally, the experience of having a delivery specialist walk around the car with us and show us how everything works is a great touch, and we really appreciated the white glove treatment. More

It was great for me when dealing with three kids and soccer schedules, etc. I had a coupon for the oil change and got a free tire rotation all for under $40. I always enjoy the full inspection they perform and their recommendations, I don't feel pressured to do anything or that they are looking for things to fix. The free car wash is also a bonus. I am very pleased with the service at Toyota of Des Moines. More

Oil change I went in for an oil change and to have them checked a plastic piece underneath my car that had come undone after hitting a pothole. He helped me imme I went in for an oil change and to have them checked a plastic piece underneath my car that had come undone after hitting a pothole. He helped me immediately, as soon as the car was looked at he came and informed me of the price to replace the rivets for the plastic piece, and the oil change was handled very speedily.
