I had been considering a new one anyway, but was going to wait for summer. After the wreck, I basically picked the car I wanted online and my second choice in case the first one had been sold by the time I got to the dealership. I contacted Mike and he was the nicest car salesman I have ever worked with. He made everything extremely easy and was a pleasure to deal with. The last time I bought a car was in California and the experience was not as nice. I have already recommended Mike to several of my friends if they are interested in buying a Toyota. The financing manager was also outstanding. I am so happy with my new Corolla and Mike has checked up on me to see how everything was going. For the bottom portion of this, I was unsure about the online question, I did pre-apply but prefer the personal touch system vs. buying completely online. Thank you. More
