Very pleasant used car purchase During a recent visit to the Service department we wandered out to the used car lot. We were met by Ken Bright of used car sales. We have bought from Ken previously and was warmly greeted. We told him we might be interested in a used Rav 4. There were several to look at and Ken answered all of our questions. Darned if we did not find a bright red one we liked. We went back the next day and bought it. Ken was easy to work with and took us through the purchase process quickly. When we got ready to leave the lot with our purchase I noted a cosmetic issue with the interior. I went back inside and talked to Tom Lyons about the issue. He said not to worry he would take care of it for us. We were sent to detailing but could not be fixed there. A part was needed to fix the issue. The service department ordered the part and said they would call when it came in. A few days later the service department called and scheduled an appointment for the repair. When we returned for the repair Megan Mcilhon had us in and out in less than 45 minutes and completely free of charge. I could not be happier and and our experience could not have been better. Toyota of Des Moines is a great place to do business. They take care of their customers. JA More

We dropped car off several hours early to go to other appointments in town. Justin explained what the recall was for and what would be done. Justin was courteous and informative. Justin called within a couple of hours to say the work was done early and we could pick it up anytime. We could not have asked for better service. Came in for service I came in to have my truck serviced and while i waited i was looking around the showroom. We were looking for a used car that was still in the process of getting cleaned, and he located the car so we could see it and drive it. Josh was nice, down-to-earth and helpful. We were pleased with how we were treated after purchase as well - working with Rob Hutt to finalize the paperwork. Car Shopping Without Pressure! I arrived at Toyota of Des Moines just wanting to test drive and not purchase anything. I wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted but knew what features were "must haves" for my new vehicle and Bob got me into a vehicle I love and ended up leasing that day. He didn't pressure me at all and I truly appreciated that, as car shopping can be an intimidating experience. I felt that Bob was treating me like an old friend, giving me recommendations about what would be good for ME. He also took time to explain the details of the lease and helped me stay on budget. Rob Hutt helped me with all of the paperwork and made sure I understood everything too. All around, it was a great experience and I would recommend this dealer and its car salesman to anyone! More
