New Purchase gone bad Long story short...we made a hand shake deal and had all the paperwork in place. After sitting in the dealership Mr Bierma states there was a “comput Long story short...we made a hand shake deal and had all the paperwork in place. After sitting in the dealership Mr Bierma states there was a “computer glitch” and now the payment had increased by $100/mo. Mr Bierma did nothing to try and rectify the situation and when asked to complete a survey on his customer service; I was given his business card and he walked away. I have never been treated as poorly in any transaction I’ve done in my life than I was today with Mr. Bierma today. A formal complaint will be sent to the corporate office as well as the BBB, CFPB and AG of Iowa. Would highly recommend staying away from this dealership and working with either Wilson of Ames or a dealership in Omaha. I’ve worked with both over the last few hours and could not be happier. More
