From walking in the door and greeting staff to Roland Pappoe,our salesman, the finance and delivery staff all to be professionally friendly and knowledgeable about the car and and any features questions we had. While they were there to sell cars, they were not pushy and aggressive. In particular Roland was adept at "reading" body language and stepped back or stepped up as appropriate. That is something that can be very irritating to "me" the buyer when sales staff are aggressive and "in your face". That ability is a true sign of a professional and is difficult to achieve. More
