Easy and quicky experience I was there for oil change. It was around 20 minutes and everything was good, the personel were very friendly. Oil change with no appointment I had just got back in town the day before and my change oil light came on just outside of Nashville Tenn.. So quick and easy With help from Steve, I was approved, had all my questions answered, and had all the info I asked for before I even stepped on the lot. Once I did get to the dealership, everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Test drive was great, and since most of the paperwork and such was started before I got there, the whole deal was complete in about an hour and I was leaving in my new SUV! Before leaving, they made sure I knew how to operate all the tech stuff, and answered any last minute questions I had. Thank you so much for making this experience great and so easy!! :) More
