Dustin didn't have the answers off hand, but was able to secure the correct information within a few days. When I was finally ready to buy my vehicle, I shot an email of my exact desires and asked what would be my "out the door" price and the breakdown of the numbers. With complete transparency, they laid out everything for me. With a little negotiation, we were able to come up with a better price than what truecar was looking to give me. Having completed almost all the paperwork prior to going to the dealership, I was in and out in no time for the purchase. Then, I had a guy show me all the minute details of the technology of the truck. That part took way longer than the paperwork, but I know how to use it now. Probably the best part of it was having someone show me how to use it. More
