Extremely Happy!! Last year we bought a used car w/Bob and everything went perfect. This year, we decided we wanted to upgrade to a bigger SUV. We had our eye on the Highlander and Bob was able to narrow it down to the model and exact color (interior and exterior) we wanted. My work schedule is crazy so I was there pretty late. The first night we test drove the car and decided it's the one we wanted so Bob even stayed late with us to finish all the paper work. The next day he was off, but even offered to come in on his day off the help me w/other paper work we needed to fill out. The next night, I wasn't in until 7:15 - but we were in and out with our brand new Highlander within 45 minutes! Yes, the overall process was spread across a matter of 3 days, but with my time being limited - they were very understanding. We are so happy with our purchase! And we owe a big thanks to Bob Link, Rob Hutt, and Spencer Stover! More
