I came from Ottumwa to purchase it and wanted to try the service department but asked abo : I purchased a 2016 tocoma and need to get my 5000 service. I came from Ottumwa to purchase it and wanted to try the service department but asked about an appointment for next Saturday but was told I would have to drop it off and they would work it in. I said that wouldn't work for me since I wasn't local, didn't try to help me with an appointment just said sorry and hung up. Guess I'll have to see if the local dealer will service my purchase from DesMoines Toyota and buy my next one there. More

As a college student, Michaela was able to find me a nice, reliable vehicle while also keeping the car within my price point. She made sure to find me a car she would feel safe driving, herself.
