GREAT EXPERIENCE I had a great experience. Heather knew I was in a hurry because I still had another 12 hrs to drive after buying my Highlander. She had the vehicle wa I had a great experience. Heather knew I was in a hurry because I still had another 12 hrs to drive after buying my Highlander. She had the vehicle waiting at the door when I arrived. She answered every question I had. I had to wait for the final coat to be put on so Heather arranged for me to do the financing and walk thru on my vehicle while I waited. Chad answered all questions while signing papers and the walk thru was so easy. I drove from Montana to Des Moines just to get this vehicle because of the customer service I experienced last time.
