Steve showed through me number of cars and their deals. I did not have real intentions to buy the car right away but I am glad I met Steve. A.J. Shindler was AWESOME, worked with me via phone for about 2 weeks, KEPT ALL OF HIS PROMISES TO ME!! Most dealerships tell you what you WANT TO HEAR, then when you get there it is totally different. I about 2 weeks, KEPT ALL OF HIS PROMISES TO ME!! I was amazed at the one difference...the end, when you get your vehicle detailed it is parked in a warm garage, there is a person who actually goes over everything in the car so you don't drive off not knowing, fumbling around to make things work. This is my 3rd NEW CAR purchase and THE FIRST TIME the keys weren't thrown to me and a goodbye! This aspect of how Toyota does this is a valuable asset to the purchase experience. A.J.
