Transmission in 2021 Highlander was going out and needed to be replaced at 118000 miles. Dealership will cover replacement with their 20 year/250,000 mile engine and power train warranty. I made an appointment 2 weeks ahead of time to take advantage of the tire special. My appointment was Monday, October 7. I took the day off to come in & get new tires along with an alignment. I dropped my car off at 10 AM and took the shuttle to my mom’s. I got a call two hours later telling me that there was a mess up and the Wrong size tires were ordered so there’s no way it can be done today! I wasted a day of PTO due to you guys & your poor planning and or undertrained staff! I understand mistakes happen but it’s how they are handled that make customers come back. I was only given an apology, wasn’t offered anything at all for the mishap. A day wasted!! You guys are losing my business and I am going somewhere else for my service.
