The battery replacement was done within the time limit I was told. My main complaint here is from my initial visit (Sept 25) where my tires were rotated and new cabin filter installed -- I only discovered was told. My main complaint here is from my initial visit (Sept 25) where my tires were rotated and new cabin filter installed -- I only discovered the problem after this second visit (Oct 1) when I discovered I had a hard time opening and closing the glove compartment. My option was either driving all the way to back to Grimes (ie your service center) to get this fixed or head to my nearby garage to see if they could help me. I chose the latter option because I had no time nor the desire to waste my fuel. Upon unlocking the entire compartment, we discovered that the piece that locked in the new cabin filter had fallen out and dropped beneath the glove box, thereby causing my issue with opening and closing. The tech at the garage managed to fix everything and no charge was issued. So in essence I was provide subpar service over a simple replacement. You need to up your game with regard to providing a thorough and complete service to your customers, and maybe add a third option of "Maybe" in the previous question above. More
