$900 repair - million dollar service Our 2010 Toyota Prius was due for an oil/filter change. We suspected the louder-than-usual noise wasn't normal. Toyota diagnosed and called to see if Our 2010 Toyota Prius was due for an oil/filter change. We suspected the louder-than-usual noise wasn't normal. Toyota diagnosed and called to see if we wanted to correct the problem. We did, they did, the shuttle picked us up 4 hours later, and home we went. Confident driving our 2010 Prius with 115,000 miles, and first work other than oil/filter and tires. More

Very pleasant. Waited a short time, came and advised how the car was checked out and then informed us the car eas waiting for us. We paid the bill, got a free car wash, and then on to hone.
