Minor issue. I talked with Justin the week prior to my appointment to offer pics of the damage to give a heads up, so parts could be on hand. He assured me that wasn’t needed since wiring replacements were common and he set the expectation of all the work happening in a day. Twice, parts had to be ordered as they weren’t on hand. Happy for the loaner for 2 days, but the expectation wasn’t realistic. Everything else was great. More
