My vehicle is a RAV 4 involved in the recall. I’ve had the WORST experience with the service department merely trying to make an appointment. I was told she couldn’t even leave a message for the scheduler, Lisa, to return my call without the full VIN number. Called again and another much more helpful person said that Lisa was gone but she would leave a message. My call was not returned the next business day. I tried to go on-line to schedule as that was a listed option on the postcard, but no, it’s not really. Called again this morning and again, the phone rang forever! The person answering was very short and not helpful. Said she would leave a message for Lisa. I’m quite l surprised and disheartened by this experience. More

Once i got my service scheduled my experience was great. Unfortunately it literally took me 4 phone calls to get someone who could answer my questions. I paid for an extended warranty buy no one could find any evidence of it until I finally got through to a manager. My service advisor Travis did a great job of keeping me in the loop on what my repairs would be and when things would be completed. This could have potentially been a 1 star review had my experience with the service advisor been subpar. Ill likely return to the dealership based on Travis’s performance. More
