As this the only dealership in the Des moines metro area we have alternatives. The staff is ok but i don't feel as if our business is appreciated at all. They seem to be fixated on corporate greed. Usually the Service manager goes over a diagnostic sheet (talking about brakes and how worn down the tires are, etc) with me after the work has been completed and I did not have that this time. It makes me wonder if the mechanics still look at these things. This diagnostic overview is the main reason why I bring my car to the dealership instead of another place. Also, I was not told that the shuttle ends at 4:30pm- that is the first thing the driver should be telling people using the shuttle. More
