I really like the service department and Ian is the best. I have recommended your service department to several people. I am in the market for a new automobile. So far I have purchased 5 autos from your dealership. Now it seems Toyota of DesMoines thinks you should buy a car and then test drive it. Sorry not my way, I'll not buy a car without without test driving it first. Love Toyotas but won't do business that way. I've visited other dealers for test drives with no problem. More
Found it difficult to fill out all the information to sign up for the shuttle on my tiny keyboard on my phone. Then when I was almost done it took me back to the sign on screen with all the fields cleare sign up for the shuttle on my tiny keyboard on my phone. Then when I was almost done it took me back to the sign on screen with all the fields cleared out with nobody available to talk to. I finally went back to Ian to schedule it for me. When I signed the authorization screen it spun a as nd never showed that it completed. I went to the sales floor to find someone to ask about it. Very frustrating. More
Great job fixing the main issue I brought it in for. I won't be coming back for any preventative maintenance. I don't have any evidence they actually did an inspection. I mentioned to Justin I was disappointed to not see any results from the 40k service inspection and he only gave me the option to leave the car for another day to complete it - didn't seem to mind a dissatisfied customer.
