Expected more based on experience w/ Toyota. Bad enough that I had to wait 6 mos. for the car, but then dealer cut trade-in car value by $1k. Moreover, same price cut wasn't applied to new car t Bad enough that I had to wait 6 mos. for the car, but then dealer cut trade-in car value by $1k. Moreover, same price cut wasn't applied to new car though it too had depreciated by 6 mos. Though dealer kept me apprised of delivery status, no contact after sale except for an e-mail of tips for buying a new car. No, really. I'm hopeful that experience with service dept. will be excellent as you have big Subaru shoes to fill. Oh, yes. I do like my Corolla Cross. More
