This was a very frustrating visit. I arrived at 2:45 for a 2:55 appointment to have an oil change and tires rotated. At 4:15 I was told that they did not have the correct battery in stock and they would let me know when one became available. A 90 minute wait for an oil change tire rotation was far too long. I chose to have a new battery installed elsewhere as I did not want to make a return visit a few days later. More
