Made an appointment to get my 04 prius diagnosed because of check engine light. I dropped the car and the advisor told me he would call me in an hour. He did not call me at all that day but I decided to giv of check engine light. I dropped the car and the advisor told me he would call me in an hour. He did not call me at all that day but I decided to give it until the following morning. I DID get a call from Toyota but it was from a sales person, not a service advisor or technician. I was like, yeah I'll wait till I get a diagnosis before I buy a whole new car, thanks. After that, I called the service department and it was extremely difficult to get anyone on the phone but when I did they told me that it was my service advisors day off. So we asked if there was any information on the car and after a lot of wrangling the woman on the phone read us some of the notes and said another technician could take it over but because they needed further investigation it would cost 600 instead of 215 which we declined. I got another call from the sales department though. The next morning I got a text from the original advisor and he just said " I have an update." Then he told me the hybrid battery needed replaced and it would be 4k. I declined, paid 215 dollars and picked the car up. Could have been worse but if you don't have staff to do the work just don't even schedule the appointment. Then there was just no communication. Also the attempt to get me to pay another 400 dollars to tell me that seemed a bit scammy. I had gotten service here before and had better experiences. Also, when I went to pay for the diagnosis I mentioned to the cashier that it said 180 on the website. I was fine paying the extra just maybe update it on the website. And of course, she got defensive. Now that I'm in the market for a new car, guess where I'm not going to buy from? What a mess More

Although very busy, Gary and the service staff were professional and thorough. They sent me a video of the work on my car as it was being performed and were prompt in letting me know my car was ready f professional and thorough.
