What an incredibly terrible experience I had @ Toyota DTLA. I was lied to, received terrible customer service and was overcharged by 5k. As a customer, I have never been treated that way and was truly shocked by their lack of accountability and the numerous lies that were bottom line deceitful. Be careful for Juan, Duban and Jason. All they want is your money and they will say anything to overcharge you, deceive you and leave you empty handed. More

Gary was immeasurably helpful and professional. I highly recommend Toyota DTLA. In my 16 years of Toyota ownership, this is the 1st dealership that I felt like I wasn’t just a number that was going I highly recommend Toyota DTLA. My last service check of my vehicle was missing a brake oil cover and Toyota says that they don't know if they are the ones who check the liquids and oils in the vehicles and now I have to pay for that cov oil cover and Toyota says that they don't know if they are the ones who check the liquids and oils in the vehicles and now I have to pay for that cover. From now on I will have to check my vehicle at the Toyota every time it is delivered to me after each service. No good More
