Gary was fine. I was told it was a 2-3 hour wait for an OIL change.. He said they would get me a ride share to go home for the wait and I never got the ride, had to I was told it was a 2-3 hour wait for an OIL change.. He said they would get me a ride share to go home for the wait and I never got the ride, had to call a Lyft myself. The wait needed up being 5 hours. I arrived at 9:20 my car wasn’t ready until 2pm… you basically have to call off a WHOLE day for a oil change.. it’s ridiculous. More

What an incredibly terrible experience I had @ Toyota DTLA. I was lied to, received terrible customer service and was overcharged by 5k. All they want is your money and they will say anything to overcharge you, deceive you and leave you empty handed.  More

Gary was immeasurably helpful and professional. I highly recommend Toyota DTLA. In my 16 years of Toyota ownership, this is the 1st dealership that I felt like I wasn’t just a number that was going I highly recommend Toyota DTLA. My last service check of my vehicle was missing a brake oil cover and Toyota says that they don't know if they are the ones who check the liquids and oils in the vehicles and now I have to pay for that cov oil cover and Toyota says that they don't know if they are the ones who check the liquids and oils in the vehicles and now I have to pay for that cover. From now on I will have to check my vehicle at the Toyota every time it is delivered to me after each service. No good More
