Jonathan lacks communication skills. My vehicle was towed in late in the afternoon, so I understood that I would not be hearing from anyone that evening. I finally called in myself, only to be rudely told by Jonathan that he had no update on my vehicle and that was the only reason he hadn't called me, made it feel like I was bothering him by calling him. He continued to inform me that he'd give a call back within an hour, but he did not. Again I called back myself only to be told by customer service that there still wasn't any update on my vehicle. I honestly think Jonathan needs better communication skills and treat his customers better. More
