Gary was fine. I was told it was a 2-3 hour wait for an OIL change.. He said they would get me a ride share to go home for the wait and I never got the ride, had to I was told it was a 2-3 hour wait for an OIL change.. He said they would get me a ride share to go home for the wait and I never got the ride, had to call a Lyft myself. The wait needed up being 5 hours. I arrived at 9:20 my car wasn’t ready until 2pm… you basically have to call off a WHOLE day for a oil change.. it’s ridiculous. More

Gary was immeasurably helpful and professional. I highly recommend Toyota DTLA. In my 16 years of Toyota ownership, this is the 1st dealership that I felt like I wasn’t just a number that was going I highly recommend Toyota DTLA. My last service check of my vehicle was missing a brake oil cover and Toyota says that they don't know if they are the ones who check the liquids and oils in the vehicles and now I have to pay for that cov oil cover and Toyota says that they don't know if they are the ones who check the liquids and oils in the vehicles and now I have to pay for that cover.
