Left my car for service by 9 am Toni said maybe by 12:30 or 1 will be ready. Came back look for him didn’t found him texted, 15 min after I asked few employees said he was on lunch, 40 min after texted him or 1 will be ready. A manager helped me was so quick my car was ready and Toni never replied. Came out my car was on the front and Alejandro and o other coworker was there and apologized again. Been more than 24 hrs.
