I came into the dealership desperate, which is never where you want to be. Richard listened intently to my problem and went straight into fix-it mode. I can't imagine how anything could have been made or done better. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ample feedback was given on the service done and even future maintenance covered under warranty wa better. First I thought Karl should have pushed a little more about making a deal. After I disagreed with the first price he took to sales management and ask to go ahead and run the financial paper to see what t about making a deal. After I disagreed with the first price he took to sales management and ask to go ahead and run the financial paper to see what the payments would be but Karl stated when didn’t want to take the time to do that if we couldn’t get together on the price. I had told Karl the payment range I wanted to be in but he said no. I leave and get a mile down the road sales management calls me and strike a deal. Should have left Karl out of deal all together. I’ve had two issues with jeep since I bought it that should been corrected. 1) Havc fan rattled the whole dash when on high. You can tell me someone didn’t know that because as cold as it has been and it was drove to a home in Anderson and back before I bought the jeep. 2) Window wiper blades was replaced, someone put the same size wiper blade on back window as fits the front. Blade on back was hitting washer fluid equipment. Back blade is 4” shorter. I have corrected both issues but I feel both should have been corrected before sell. More
