Between January to June, I had to return 3 times to get the work done. Two times I waited for 4 hours, and no work was done. The last time I left my car for 2 days. I was very disappointed in the service I received. I arrived 15 minutes early, for my appointment at 12:30 for an oil change and tire rotation and didn't leave until 2:45. I never spoke with Kevin so I arrived 15 minutes early, for my appointment at 12:30 for an oil change and tire rotation and didn't leave until 2:45. I never spoke with Kevin so I really can't rate. The quality of service was terrible. They didn't even put the sticker to let me know when my car needs to be serviced again. They didn't wipe the car off, so I had oily fingerprints all over it. I will not be stepping foot back in Toyota of Easley. More
