Given the fact my wife and I went to a Toyota dealership to buy a Jeep, we were overly surprised at Maricela's knowledge of the Jeep. After showing an interest in the Jeep and calling Gladstone Toyota, I wa to buy a Jeep, we were overly surprised at Maricela's knowledge of the Jeep. After showing an interest in the Jeep and calling Gladstone Toyota, I was fortunate enough to have Maricela as our salesperson. I asked for pictures of the tow hitch and wiring harness which she had no problem sending. Maricela actually showed up on a Sunday, her day off, not knowing if we were going to buy the Jeep. We were surprised to see her there. Very friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process. After our purchase, we had a few modifications that we wanted done and Maricela was on top of it. Communication was more than I expected to make sure we were happy. Yes, xxxx yes, we will purchase another vehicle from Gladstone Toyota and the first person we will ask for is Maricela Perez.
