Lina greeted me with a huge smile and a hand to shake. She was very friendly, patient and respectful from the beginning to the end. I appreciate her and the help she gave me. I worked with her when I was looking for a car in September 2022. She was easy to work with then and this time as well. I only wanted to work with her because of the positive experience I had in 2022. She is great at what she does, no pressure, and she wants to make sure I have all the information to be able to make my decision. I brought my car in for service on Dec 29th and was hoping to be able to find a replacement for it and I did with Lina’s help. I contacted Lina after I made my appt for service appt. She replied right away and she said we could meet while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. She said she had a couple of cars for me to look at. She was ready and prepared for my visit. Just another positive attribute of Lina. She’s great, what else can I say. The gentleman who helped with all the paperwork was efficient, friendly, helpful, kind and fast. He made it all painless and stress free. He was awesome. Gladstone Toyota is great place to go when you’re looking for a car. More

To put it simply and as cheesy as it is, working with Logan from start to finish, made my dreams come true. Between having a rough week and debating trading in my car, he found a car on the lot that exce Logan from start to finish, made my dreams come true. Octavio was hands down the best sales rep my husband or I have ever experienced. We have purchased a few cars from dealerships and nothing compares to the experience Octavio provides. If you want a new car, go to the Gladstone Toyota, do yourself a favor and request Octavio. The only downfall was having to sit for 2.5 hours while waiting for finance to help us. We were starving and didn’t get out of there until 9pm with our 1.5 year old son. Thank goodness for the snacks we could buy and Octavio’s help with everything. More

Such a wonderful experience working with Wendal Evans and his Sales Manager, Momo Dem. From the moment we stepped on the car lot, Wendal was extremely attentive and professional. This particular purchase was his Sales Manager, Momo Dem. From the moment we stepped on the car lot, Wendal was extremely attentive and professional. This particular purchase was for my mother and Wendal made sure that all of her questions were answered and that she was taken care of. I particularly appreciated Wendal respectfulness. He made sure that we were comfortable while waiting to meet with the Finance person (coffee, tea, water, etc.) and that we were kept apprised throughout the process. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this dealership for your next Toyota purchase. More
