Thank you for sharing this. The pricing on that specific Rav4 was listed improperly and takes 24 hours for all the outlets we advertise on to be updated. It was not a deceptive action but rather a human error that we began rectifying the moment we saw it which was yesterday morning at about 6:30 am. We had about 30 people reach out about that car yesterday during business hours as I am sure you can imagine and we have done our best to handle each person with respect and full open honest communication. I am the Customer Relations Manager here at Toyota of Gladstone and I can assure you that this is not something that happens on a regular basis or something we would do intentionally as it would only hurt our business and reputation which of course is never our intention as we prefer to grow using word of mouth as we do not advertise in traditional ways. I understand your frustration and I apologize for any confusion this has caused.
