I was purchasing a Toyota Tundra to replace my 2008 Tundra I totaled the day before Thanksgiving. Since I was from out of the area, I contacted your dealership after seeing a listing online. Roni messaged and called me and asked all the right questions to know what I was looking for. I also contacted dealerships up and down the I-5 corridor, some almost laughed at me. Trucks are difficult to find right now! But Roni texted me the next day and said "I think I have your truck." And she did! From there, I was able to do most of the paperwork over email/website, and when I drove the 3.5 hours to pick it up, the rest of the process was fairly painless. Mo was also great to work with. I was especially impressed when staff returned my Enterprise rental for me. This process has been painful in some ways because the truck I totaled was a vehicle bought with my husband, who died five years ago. To lose something that represented our life and times together has been difficult.
