I did my homework before buying and had already test driven the vehicle I was interested in, but was having a hard time finding the model and option package I was looking for. Once I found one of interest, Lina confirmed the vehicle was on the lot and had it ready for me to drive when I arrived. The sales manager did give me an extremely lowball initial offer on my trade-in, but thankfully I came well prepared with more than one written offer from local dealerships and was able to negotiate to where I was comfortable. Just wish that game playing part didn't have to happen. Amazing how being firm and saying no repeatedly can make the difference of thousands of dollars... Kristen in finance ended up getting me a last minute better rate than I initially selected from my Costco membership, which lowered my payment and got me extended maintenance covered. Extra bonus and appreciation to her! Overall, I was driving off the lot in about 3 hours in my brand new car and have no regrets. Car shopping as a single female is one of my least favorite things to do. But- the experience at this dealership versus one I worked with across town a week prior was like night and day. I was treated with respect, got a great deal, and left without ANY regrets! More
