Eric Kalik was absolutely amazing. He was so patient with us, he encouraged us to take our time until we chose the perfect car we were 100% happy with. We really wanted the blind spot monitor but, it was not a factory installed option on the 2020 Toyota we chos. Erik was so helpful and ensured to get that added into our contract which we will be scheduling sometime this week to be installed. It was overall the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever received in our lives. We both had a bad experience prior at a different dealership when we purchased our trade in vehicle. We felt we were pressured into buying something we were never happy with from day one.
