Great First Experience! 2nd Family Car My wife and I decided to look around for a second vehicle during a weekend without the kids. We were met by Carl in the parking lot and treated with the utmost kindness and respect throughout the whole process. We were shown options near our budget and were welcomed to test drive things outside of our budget. We ended up finding a nice Camry that suited our needs and agreed on a good price (I was a bit of a hard negotiator), we also had pleasant interactions with a couple of the managing staff and David in financing was very professional and thoroughly explained everything we needed to know along the purchasing end of things. We walked away feeling very satisfied with our decision and were glad to have worked with the staff that we did. We both highly recommend Toyota of Gladstone and seek out Carl for an easy-going and very helpful salesman. More
