I live in Eugene and didn't find availability at my local dealership so I expanded my search to more than half a dozen A lot better than I expected. I was ready to buy and my salesperson was very helpful in finding what I needed. I hope the dealership promotes him so he can teach other salespeople how to sell like he does. I did not need to be sold on my car, my mother had purchased two of them previously. Because of the Toyota rebate there was no negotiation so the process was greatly simplified. Their price was in line with other dealers so I felt satisfied with what I paid. The dealer was straight up about the process and even picked me up from the Amtrak station when I came to pick up the car, and I didn't even give them notice of that, they're flexible and accommodating. I would purchase from them again and recommend that anyone who is considering a Toyota purchase from them. More

Sou went the extra mile great customer service and follow up I received an E mail from Sou he let me know when my new TRD Pro 4 Runner was coming in.
