I love this dealership!! Most people wouldn't say that they love a car dealership! I think it's safe to say that buying a car is something most people dread! For a little hist Most people wouldn't say that they love a car dealership! I think it's safe to say that buying a car is something most people dread! For a little history-we bought a car less than a month previously-at Toyota of Gladstone. There was a bit of a surprise that we got the base model and I learned that the next model up wasn't much difference in price. I decided I would "tolerate" the (Brand new!) car I got, and although I really LIKED IT...I didn't LOVE it. You should LOVE your brand new car. I went onto their website pretty much every day after, checking stock, reading the differences between the models and kicking myself for being "stuck" with the lower model. Two days ago, Jason (Sales) messaged me and said "Can I help you find a Rav4 that you'll love?" I had had other internet salespeople message me, and I didn't really respond, since I was just there having a pity party. But I liked what he said, so I told him what had happened, and he suggested that I come down and we'll see what we can do. So, I did! Jason was great-he took me to the car that I REALLY wanted, and we sat in it, talked about the differences, etc. and started seeing what we could do. I ultimately did work out a deal to step up to that next trim level. John is amazing (I think he's the manager) I dealt with him through both experiences and I really like him. I was also lucky enough to get Bryan as our finance manager again-we loved him last time, and I think he was even better this time! I don't know what else to say-this dealership has real people working there that aren't shady or slimy. You just don't get that feeling. They're very busy for a reason! I have recommended them already NUMEROUS times to my friends. I was telling the story at work, and two coworkers wanted cards, because they're in the market for a new car. I wouldn't hesitate having them go to Toyota of Gladstone. I left there on CLOUD 9, and I LOVE MY CAR! I'm just very happy overall. Jason really did get me into a Rav4 that I LOVE! Thank you! More
