I was looking for the right equipment and they pointed me in the right direction with the off road package. Everyone there was very helpful. Jon did a great and so did the rest of the staff. I worked with Seth initially through email, discussing what terms I was looking for and what kind of car I wanted. He was professional, honest and to the point. No pressure, just information. We agreed on price. I came to the lot and met Seth. Again, not anything like the stereotypical salesman. Patient -- even encouraged a car with less options since he knew I was cost-sensitive though I stuck with the LE version (OK, maybe I do like the power seats after all). There was no up-selling (obviously the business manager was going to discuss extended warranties but with no pressure applied and I was offered chip protection, etc.). The deal we struck was exactly what we agreed to. We had to work on the trade-in but that was expected beforehand -- I had a 15 year old beater that had been in a side-door accident, so I knew we'd have to work on it. I got the mandatory "visit to the manager" about the trade-in (not the agreed to price of the auto), but Seth came out several times to apologize for the wait and explain what was going on and I was extremely satisfied with the final deal. I'm a business owner and no stranger to sales myself and I must say that my experience with Seth and others was very positive. I believe in honesty, being straight forward and keeping one's word in a business negotiation. And Seth came through with flying colors. I got the tour of the entire business and I must say they had the cleanest repair shop I've ever seen. Best experience I ever had buying a new car. More

The dealership and both sales reps provided excellent service and followup. The recent sales rep, Mr. Duy Dang, returned phone calls and e-mails quickly. He was trustworthy and there was no confusion during the negotiation period. I am a Costco customer and even though the 2010 Prius wasn't part part of Costco "approved" list, the dealer worked with those prices and we were very pleased. I was able to charge the deposit and they worked with me on a proper sales agreement. The new cars were both in excellent condition when received. The sales rep followed up AFTER the sale several times to ensure that we were pleased with this most recent purchase. I'd highly recommend this dealer and particularly the sales rep. More

We really need a cut off on the car's price. So he decide to go in and talk to the manager. The mangager and him talked for a while. Finally they decide to take the cut off on price. From the outset, Seth pursued my business in an efficient and proficient manner. He was appropriately aggressive, but not over bearing. He was willing to work hard and be patient. Even though we could not come to agreement initially, Seth continued to present himself and finally, made an offer that we accepted. I believe the offer met our interests, but was also reasonable enough for the dealership. The service delivered at the time I picked up the new ride was fantastic. Again, it was efficient, only told me what I wanted/needed to know and understood my circumstances. I would definitely look to Toyota of Gladstone again, and particularly Seth, for my next Toyota buying experience. More
