My experience with Toyota of Hackensack was completely stress-free! Paul was an incredibly friendly and understanding person, making him extremely easy to work with. It was a wonderful experience. From the minute I pulled in everyone was amazing: polite, attentive, professional. Usually it takes 1,5 hours to wait for work to be done. This time From the minute I pulled in everyone was amazing: polite, attentive, professional. Usually it takes 1,5 hours to wait for work to be done. This time it took only 45 minutes. The waiting area was clean. Seats were in a proper distance from each other ( which is very thoughtful considering recent Covid cases uprise). Tea and coffee machine were working . Thank you for great job. I m definitely coming back. It was a pleasure to be at Toyota of Hackensack. More
