Our understanding is that paint you claim that was put on your windshield by our service department, is actually chips in the glass from wear & tear. Wear & tear items such as the windshield are not covered by the service department free of charge. Customers are responsible for the replacement & or servicing of wear & tear items.

Well that's funny because those "chips"were not there when i dropped my car off or the scrapes going up and down from your service department taking the paint off with a razor blade. How about you take a ride with me and see it when the sun hits the windshield its terrible and it certainly not wear and tear but thats a good excuse that you can use. Im going higher and will keep going till it gets fixed. Have a great day.
